 Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, up to 20 - 30 SMS messages per week may be received related to Appointment reminders and Follow-up messages

Refund Policy

Payments made for pest control services cover the inspection, treatment, labor, materials, and expertise provided at the time of service. Once a service has been performed, that portion of the service is considered earned and is non-refundable.

If a customer has prepaid for a service program or multiple future visits, refunds—if approved—will apply only to unused services that have not yet been performed, and any initial service or inspection already completed will be deducted from the refundable amount.

For specialty treatments such as bed bug treatments, termite services, or other one-time remediation services, the service fee covers the preparation, materials, labor, and treatment process and is not refundable once treatment has been performed, regardless of pest activity following the service.

Certain service plans may include limited warranties. Warranty terms vary depending on service type and agreement.

Service Guarantee

If pest activity persists between scheduled services under an active service plan, Align Pest Control Services will provide additional service visits as necessary to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the account is in good standing and the property conditions allow effective treatment.

Because pest control results depend on environmental conditions, sanitation, structural factors, and cooperation from the property owner, service guarantees are fulfilled through follow-up service and retreatment rather than refunds.

 If a service program is canceled before completion, previously discounted services will revert to the standard one-time service rate. 

 Align Pest Control Services reserves the right to determine the appropriate corrective action, including additional treatment or service adjustments, to resolve pest activity concerns. 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
